  1. I was just wondering why if one cartomizer is equal to 1.5 packs of cigarettes, and I normally smoked 1 pack of cigarettes per day, why is it taking 3 of the cartomizers per day for me.

    Thank you for reaching out to us Cynthia! Please note that optimal cartomizer results can only be achieved with fully functioning batteries. Be sure to check out our tips below to make sure you’re getting the most out of our products. Additionally, always make sure you’re storing the cartomizers in the refrigerator and letting them reach room temperature prior to vaping.


    1. Please do not refill Green Smoke® cartomizers as they are not intended for refilling. Refilling Green Smoke® cartomizers greatly decreases vapor quality, will damage your batteries, and voids the warranty.

    2. Unscrew the cartomizers from the battery when not in use and store them in your specially designed Green Smoke® carrying case. It is ideal to seal the cartomizers with the original sealants in between uses.

    3. Store cartomizers (unused ones) in a dry place, under 75ºF. If the temperature in your home is above 75ºF, then you can store the cartomizers in the door of the refrigerator. It is very important that you let the cartomizers warm up for at least 30 minutes (until they reach room temperature), before using them. Cartomizers that are colder than room temperature may damage your batteries.

    4. Use each cartomizer within one week of opening for maximum freshness.


    1. Screw the battery in carefully, so as not to damage the contacts. Do not over-tighten when attaching to cartomizers or the charger.

    2. Keep your batteries in their case when not in use. Dirt and lint inside the battery will cause serious damage, and ultimately destroy the battery.

    3. When charging, use a power-strip surge protector to save your chargers/batteries from power surges.

    4. Please do not expose your batteries to extreme heat or extreme cold as this will damage them.

    5. Please do not use Green Smoke® batteries with non-Green Smoke® cartridges, as this can damage the batteries (and will void our warranty).

    6. Our batteries are highly sensitive to moisture. Do not leave the product in your mouth between draws, or exhale into it.

    7. It is okay to leave the battery charging overnight. However, if you leave the battery in the charger more than a day, this can damage the battery.

    USB Cigarette Reminders:

    1. The USB Cigarette needs a certain amount of power to run – if you have an older computer (or a Mac), sometimes the USB ports will not supply enough power to run the device.

    2. Please use the USB Cigarette only with our high-powered wall adapter or high-powered car adapter (those are the white ones).

    3. Make sure to unplug your USB Cigarette when not in use.

    4. Finally, make sure the computer is on, if you are using the USB Cigarette with a computer.
